Editorial policy
How TechBonna researches, checks and presents information, and how commercial interests are kept apart from editorial decisions.
Where our information comes from
Company details come from the firm’s own website: services, offices, team, published rates, case studies and certifications. Partner status comes from the vendor’s own partner directory. Company registration comes from the official registry. We use other directories, vendor lists and search results only to discover firms; every fact we publish comes from a first-party source.
Check dates
Each listing shows the source we used and the date we last checked it. We recheck listings at least every six months, partner status every quarter, and Premium listings every 90 days. Where a firm’s website no longer confirms a fact, we update or remove it rather than leave it standing.
What a listing means
Listings are compiled independently and published unclaimed. A claimed listing means the firm has shown us it can manage the listing; it is not an endorsement, a quality check or a recommendation.
Premium listings
Firms can buy an annual Premium listing. Premium firms are listed above free listings and carry a Featured label wherever they appear. Payment never changes the facts on a listing, reviews, or anything we write in our guides. Guides never include paid placement.
How guides are written
Guides are written by Tom Watts, Editor, from published sources, which are listed or linked in each guide with the date we checked them, and from our own listing data where we say so. Unless a guide says otherwise, it is desk research: we do not claim to have hired a firm or used a product. We do not publish guest posts or sell links in articles.
Corrections
If something is wrong, use our free corrections form or contact us. We check each request against the source and update the listing and its check date when we make a change. Corrections and removal never depend on payment.
